Along with a number of writers and artists Ellen was commissioned to work on the Bloodaxe Archive by Newcastle Centre for the Literary Arts. the creative responses were celebrated in a Poetry Festival and Exhibition at Newcastle University. Ellen's film, Recollection was shown in 'The Poetics of the Archive: Creative and Community Engagement with the Bloodaxe Archive' as part of the Newcastle Poetry Festival; watch it online.
